What do the CO2 users think of these products and prices?

CO2 Regulator with dual gauges (psi and kg/cm²), flow regulator, needle valve, electronic solenoid and bubble counter, $113:

That first one looks to be a milwaukee... skonoski has one and says it works great... here's a better deal...

that bottom one looks really weird, and I'm not sure what it's supposed to do, but I guess azoo is a good brand... I think.

Of the two, I'd go for the first one, through Amazon for the price savings.

I have one similar (if not the same brand-milwaukee) for a few years now, bought it used. Works fine for me. I think the azoo ones are neat, but haven't heard of anyone that owns one so can't really give my review. Orlando at www.greenleafaquariums.com was selling a similar product in a package deal.
